"About" Patricia J. Johnson:

Allow me to introduce myself -- I'm Patricia Johnson, Broker and Owner of Really Care Realty.

I began my career in real estate in 2001, by working for major firms in Silicon Valley as a Real Estate Agent.

Really Care Realty was developed upon completion of the Real Estate Broker's exam.  The Broker designation is is one of the highest designations in real estate since it requires hours of study and coursework in many areas of real estate.  The Agent has many pre-requisites before testing to be a broker, including successfully completion of eight-college level courses, at least two years full time (intership) working in a brokerage.  The combination of education and practical experience only position a realtor to take the State Exam for Broker.

 Accomplishments:

In May, 2008, I earned the designation of S.R.E.S.  This acronym is:  Senior Real Estate Specialist.  Certain properties are legalized to have residents for age group of over 55.  I have a network of many professionals and resources for all my clients.  I always recommend for seniors to be sure that in retiring they move where there is in place and within reasonable distance a hospital or medical facility.  I can refer to other SRES agents nationally.  I've sold property in the millions to persons in their 30's, 40's and "Wiser - Yet! Ages" There is information for seniors on this website at:  US NEWS - RETIRE.

Beginning June, 2008, I am taking coursework for the Graduate Realtor Association, known as GRI.  This designation I should complete in a year.  The classes are held once a month in various locations throughout Silicon Valley.   I have taken many classes through Santa Clara County Association of Realtors where I am a member of this Board, and am also active with the MLS in most Northern Counties in California.

I strive to be on top of the latest information for myself, I provide clear and responsible information to my clients direct from California Association of Realtors by publishing online, SMART REAL ESTATE.  This is the best source for Californians for statistics and general marketing in this state.  It answers many questions indepth, critical for investors, buyers and sellers.

I am a Realtor, Member of California Association of Realtors, or C.A.R.  and I network with many other real estate organizations nationally.   Former Secretary-Treasurer of Santa Clara Townhomes, I have written many published newsletters.  I have performed property management for many local apartment communities.

I developed a Cable-TV program and broadcast nationally: - "Issues of Silicon Valley."  The objective of this programming was to provide insiteful round-table discussions with known, local leaders to try to formulate solutions to some of the dilemmas specific to living in Silicon Valley.  One program highlighted the high cost of housing in Silicon Valley for the average wage-earner.

I have been a saleswoman for over 20 years.  I also owned my own business in ergonomics where I performed workstation evaluations, and sold my own wrist rest product to major corporations and small businesses reselling to Fortune 500's under my own business name of Really Care Management.
